Hey everyone, Coach Austin here it’s been a while… let me tell you about the journey to get people healthier and real results. Examples are from my clients (they are my proof).

These headlines are always present on instagram for most coaches. I even do them. But the reality has to be acknowledged.

Here’s what it actually takes to be healthy in 2025 ⬇️

As a coach who wants the best in people, I’m not going to sugar coat it. Behavior change is hard. The motivation, discipline, and consistency is no joke. I will be there for you in good times and bad. Why? This was taught in several experiences in my life.

Behind the scenes of coaching, all individuals I coach focus on being healthier and happier. I meet athletes, friends, and some whom become like family. I am grateful 🙏 here’s what I’ve learned from coaching the last decade. From being an athlete to being a coach. It takes a village (a group of supportive individuals focused on the mission) to be healthy. Healthy is subjective for everyone. My friends, my athletes, my clients ALL have a different definition of healthy. It takes time, and monetary commitment. This is where people instantly check out. My point of view has changed on the definition drastically over time. Even with change (the only constant in life it seems) we can be a team of healthy individuals who support a larger cause. The larger cause of misinformation and emotional pain from poor information.

Here’s how YOU can support a healthier community. Support your community and friends small wins, education and more. Don’t forget to give yourself some credit along the way! For example, on YouTube I break down Learning how much to eat and how to exercise effectively. Fun fact, I did not create this. I just know how to apply them. Maybe it’s similar to you. You learned them or learned to avoid them.

Take your knowledge and empower others. And if you’re not sure on the answer, I kindly ask to have you put your ego at the door and ask for help. I know it’s hard but it’s worth it.

In the next year myself and others are focusing on providing (within our scope) knowledge, support, and empowerment.
