Step 1- Here’s How To Start!
First, if you have an smart phone measuring your fasted weight daily can be a way to start. Entering this into Apple health or Google fit (depending on your smart phone is a way to start).
Step 2- You’re Getting It!
Second, Stepping on a scale daily, measuring steps per day, and tracking your calorie intake is finding your baseline. You can add this to our Apple Health and Google Fit to track trends.
